We characterized a multidrug-resistant (MDR) Enterobacter spp. isolate highlighting the genetic aspects of antimicrobial resistance genes. An (Ec61) was recovered in 2014 from transtracheal aspirate sample patient admitted to Brazilian tertiary hospital and submitted further microbiological genomic characterization.
